Paul,

This time of the morning they usually are putting out 12 watts and they are buried under Blaine, WA and Eugene, OR.  The owner mentioned last week that they have been 500 watts during the day and their signal here was S-9+35 db.  This morning they were S-9+55 db.  I'm only assuming that KOHI was 1,000 watts.
