[IRCA] KOHI Strong signal this morning.

KOHI 1600 St. Helens, OR is pounding in here with a S-9 +50 db signal.
KOHI has been running at 500 watts during the day and 12 watts at night.  They have been working on their antenna system.  Must have crank the power to 1 kw this morning testing their antenna system.  I sent Marty the owner of the station a audio clip taken at 6:00 am.  I have sent him a few mp3 clips last week letting him know how strong KOHI signal is in Clark county.  I'm across the Columbia river from KOHI and about 12 miles as the crow flies.
