Listened from 1232 - 1310 ut.  Strange conditions.  JOUB 774 very weak, but China 1206 in and slighty stronger than the Japanese powerhouse 
stations.  Noticed that the K level is on the rise.  

153          Russia. Radio Rossii 1232 weak music.  

180          Russia, Radio Rossii 1233 very weak music.

774          Japan, JOUB very weak 1242 man in Japanese. Splash.

1206        China, F/S 1300 weak.
