Paul,

Me n' Mike, we're kinda sensitive to the FCC thinking it can license a BC
commercial station to a military base without the commander of the base
also authorizing the station placement there. Without the commander's
authorization, the FCC has no authority.

Now Mike, he bein' secret agent 000000000000000007½, can go aboard MCB
and investigate this situation.
