KIAL's website is http://www.kial.org/ and includes some info on the 
upgrade (it sounds like they may move to FM at some point, due to lack 
of a suitable site for a new AM tower.

The programming looks fairly typical for Alaskan community stations (a 
mix of NPR shows interspersed with all-over-the-road music shows)

For those interested, KIAL TV is currently advertising for a 
production/operations manager
