Re: [IRCA] am stereo in car

Bill,

The car I used last night was a 1994 Ford Thunderbird. AM-FM stereo with cassette. My wifes car is a Mercury Tracer 1997 with AM-FM stereo with CD. The T-bird radio has a scan-tune button. It's a hassle to tune, because if you stay on a frequency for over 5 seconds the radio returns to the scan mode and you must hit the button again to tune channel to channel.
The tracer has a separate tune-scan buttons (+ -).
