*** No offense meant to either Patrick or to anyone else in the same
situation, but if I were that interested in QSL's, and after all those
years of QSL'ing, I would find a way to make it happen. PC's are cheap
enough. Total Recorder software is $12. Since I expect another part of
the problem may be WebTV not being able to do email attachments, it's
equally easy and cheap to transfer the recorded file to a CD - CD's are
cheap, so is the software to do it. And dial-up internet can't cost
much nmore than WebTV. Oh - and I should also say that the quality of
the recordings will be better also.
