[IRCA] 1110 is clear again

Frequency 1110 has been normal for about a week since the buzz signal died from the source that was pinned as KWDB Oak Harbor,WA . A fairly good signal from KBND in Bend ,OR is coming in with Coast 2 Coast AM as per usual like it did before.Also the later hiss on <1110> has vanished,leaving 00 and 20 clear again.Maybe it wasn't IBOC after all ---Bill in BC
