Les,
I have heard them as recently as this fall with English programming.  If you
go to the website, they have a programming schedule.  They also target
Brazil with Portugeuese and several S. American Indian languages, at least
they used to.

Lot's of English opportunities.  Scroll down to 800/MW.
Here in Savannah, GA, I often hear them on my xtl radio set.  Just keep
doggin' it; you'll find them--and in English if you choose your times.
