Here's what he shows for Taiwan Radio International in English ...

Taiwan  Taiwan R. Int'l   0200-0300 NA         5950wy, 9680wy
Taiwan  Taiwan R. Int'l   0300-0400 NA,LA,As   5950wy, 15215wy, 15320
Taiwan  Taiwan R. Int'l   0700-0800 NA         5950wy

The 5950 transmissions are relays via WYFR in Okeechobee, Florida.

I listen to them often.  My NASA boss is from Taiwan - if I hear
anything of significance, I tell her about it.  I'm trying to
get her interested in shortwave radio.
