[IRCA] Need Help w/ UNID on 860

["J.D. Stephens" <jdstephens_99@xxxxxxxxx>]

I have an UNID station on 860.  If anyone can help ID,
it would be very much appreciated.  There is a segment
where the mail announcer mentions their FM sister
station, and it sounds as if it starts with a 'K'.
