[IRCA] KWDB-1110 & OTHERS

1110 KWDB WA Oak Harbor - yep, that's a pretty bad hum. Carrier over/ 
under KBND 3/28 0220 ET
1150 KXMG OR Portland - presumed the one here with SS 3/28 0225ET.  
Unusual because I usually get KAGO or CKFR
1560 (KVAN WA Burbank) - either not here at all or finally operating  
on its correct pattern. Can't really dig anything out from under  
KNZR. The little that is there is more like KKAA. (3/28 0230ET). (The  
carrier was there 3/26 0230ET but it was clean).
