[IRCA] Phasing and IBOC/Many legged EWEs

One side note to this, is as a group of DXers, many of us have gone from
that simple radio with a loop, to much more complex receivers and
antennas. Well, maybe it is time to take another leap to even more
complex antennas. I had no idea how valuable that EWE antenna would
become DXwise when I tried it out for the first time back in the Spring
of 1981.
