A little leaven ferments the lump. 

The Sovs & their EastBLOC stooges well understood a mere few jammers 
effectively blocked the spectrum.

This isn't about even a majority going iBLOC. Only a few need go. The rest 
will follow - or go dark, as BigKorpse Biz-modellers see it.
