[IRCA] Pacific DX

This morning at 0945 UTC, quite a few Pacific & DU signals are in. For a
change 3L0 is dominant on 774 instead of JOUB. I have not noticed that
in sometime. Also 4QR 612 is decent. 4BC 1116 is quite good with usual
talk. Fiji noted on 558 (good), 639 (good), 684 (poor), 927 (poor), and
1152 (fair). Western Samoa 540 in above the jumble with a man in Samoan.
A carrier on 1179 (Vanuatu?), plus 1125, Marshells 1098. Tahiti 738,
Tonga 1017. One of the best Pacific morning I have heard in sometime. A
few JJs are in like 594, 666, 693, but all are poor). Carriers on most
channels at least.
