[IRCA] WNTP Downtime

Hi all,
 
Once again WNTP, 990, Philadelphia will be signing off
at 0000 Eastern tonight to continue the daytime antenna
modifications.  I'm not sure how long we will be down,
but you can figure a good portion of the night.  Soooo,
if you're normally within ear shot of our night signal,
fire up those receivers and Total Recorders to see what
you can DX while we're off.
