Hi Eric,

Yes you're correct, some NRC member obviously didn't like me or my anti-IBAC 
views and faked a letter to the NRC and used my e-mail header, had to have 
been someone technically sophisticated (obviously wasn't someone from the 
FCC or involved in the IBAC debacle haha!)
My wife is Peruvian and we do visit there and I have lived there but I am 
from Ma and speak perfect (well almost) English. I was right though had to 
have been some IBAC stooge, hi!
