Bob,
Don't go thanking me quite yet. Two other IRCA members think that Ulan-Ude 
is NOT the site for the Radio Rossii (Radio Russia) xmsn that you heard, and 
I agree. In a short-short I will send you a link to other 279 kHz sites that 
you may or may not be hearing, and then you can go banana's trying to figure 
out the correct site. Betcha that makes your day, hi!
