[IRCA] KIGO-1420

Folks... I think the SS station I have been hearing pounding in on 1420 is
KIGO St Anthony ID. Today, I heard severl references to Blackfoot and
Idaho Falls and a SS ID at 0700 which sounded like KIGO.

This station has been noted AM/PM drive pretty much all week now
completely on top of the frequency most of the time. Apparently they moved
from 1400 some time ago and are operating with quite a bit more power on
1420... as if there weren't enough semi-locals there already!!

Whew!!
