Yes,
'Decals' as mfr calls them, ape wood panelling. They even cover moldings
which frame decals. These invariably flake off. Solution? Paint moldings to
match body. Our body guy went further, blacking out accent pieces to match rooftop
antlers.
Another fine feature of these machines is generous under-dash acreage for
installation of HF/V/UHF receivers, cabling, NiMh Batt chargers, etc.
There is no excuse for cars not fully outfitted with suite of receivers and
transceivers, nor can there be any redemption for those who manufacture them.
Were ours a just society, homes and autos come equipped with said equipment
both in solid and hollow state. Thus is ended the lesson. Go in pieces,
