[IRCA] 940 in Fresno possibly testing iboc

Hi all, last night, I was listening to a blank carrier on 940, and
could hear Mexicali quite nicely, when I heard, what sounded like
processor noise, and noticed that the 940 carrier was quite wide, so I
tuned to either side, and heard splatter, but earlier this morning,
they were back to normal, so I wonder if this was 940 in Fresno testing
iboc?  I heard this about ten pm last night, on my g e super radio 2
from here in Oakland.
