They're loud and clear here in Central PA at 7pm Eastern local.

I accidentally left the recorder running since last night, so I have the 
past 26 hours of 1540 recorded. Will have to go back and look for  other 
stations in the silent period.

Also, WYNC was heard last night at sign off and also this morning around 
6:30am, so they've been back on the air for at least the past day,
