[IRCA] 1540 DX

Hi,
     Around here I did not succeed in logging much during KXEL's absence. About 99% of the time 1540 was a mish mash of stations. CHIN would appear very weak and very intermittent around sunset and early evening with mentions of China in the english speech. A few times I was able to pick out a country station very briefly in the mess. On one occasion I briefly picked up what I thought was spanish music. Otherwise a no-go for me.
