[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs Sunday morning

Having to be up early this morning, a check around 1405 utc had poor to weak 
audio on 531, 558, 567. 594 had medium audio. 639 weak to medium audio, 
playing pop music; 666 poor audio, 693 poor audio, 792 poor audio; 1053 big 
het. 774 would probably have had audio except for the strong IBOC.

(I have to be up early to feed the neighbor's cows for a couple days while 
he's off to the annual fur sale. He's got 14 bobcat pelts plus a bunch of 
other stuff he's trapped since about September. He's been doing this all his 
life; his father before him; and his son too.)
