[IRCA] Bill Basie

Friend of mine couldn't stand Count Basie's big-band-sound. He came around one day while I was playing some music by Basie's Kansas City 7. My friend wanted to know who it was he was listening too...told him...now he's a fan.
Two albums I think will bring a smile to your face's:
"Count Basie and the Kansas City 7". This one on MCA. Basie plays organ on "I Want A Little Girl" that will just warm your heart.
"Count Basie Kansas City 7". This one on OJC. Features Basie, J.J. Johnson, Freddie Hubbard, Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis, Joe Pass, John Heard, and Jake Hanna.
