Hi, Bill.  This is normal CBC.  Since they have a huge number of repeaters, they frequently just before the TOH announce a frequency or two for small towns.  I know I hear this all the time on our CBC transmitter in Victoria.  So the answer is no, 860 is not rebroadcasting Prince George.  It's simply a network feed.  At that time it would be a BC wide CBC Radio One stream..........Walt
