[IRCA] DX Tip

KCKK / 1510 will be operating at 4750 watts (25% of licensed power) ND
from tower #2 at the new transmitter site near Thornton CO tonight. This
was just a matter of convenience. We were conducting ND proof
measurements today and that will continue tomorrow. Right now it's a
lengthy manual process to switch between directional and ND. So we left
it in the ND mode with reduced power tonight as allowed under the STA.
We should be back on the directional array at full power tomorrow night.
