You are probably talking about Karel that has been filling in when
Bernie has been gone. He is fun to listen to. I have an idea that the
moderators probably do not have much clout. I think the rules come from
the head office. The only way IBOC will die is that the advertisers and
listeners will complain loudly. It all comes down to Money!
