[IRCA] KCKK / 1510

I just received an e-mail from the Director of Engineering saying that
KCKK switched to the new transmitter site just east of Thornton CO
today. I presume it is operating under the STA with 2.375 kw day and
4.75 kw night non-directional. 

The e-mail said that meter readings will start on Wednesday. I think he
is referring to the proof of performance readings for the directional
array. I will be one of the people taking some of the hundreds of field
strength readings required to complete the proof.
