[IRCA] TPs for 12 Feb

A quick run through the band revealed about 45 or so carriers, so a 
promising morning.   Some decent audio on 594 and 774,  with the odd 
trace on 747 and 828.  Unfortunately I have to be off to work here 
shortly, so won't be able to see if anything more develops.
