I don't think so.  The jazz seems to be an outgrowth of the former jazz FM
pirate station from Cranston.  That's silent, and won't be back on.  A "quit
while you're ahead" scenario.

I'll check on Monday to see if the move to jazz from SS on 990 is permanent.
Maybe the extended off-air time of 990 for non-payment of the electric bill
finally forced matters.  One would hope.

990 was pretty much non-productive for DX.  Upstate NY and Montreal were
dominant, with Philly fighting it out for third place.  Not much else got
by.
