[IRCA] ho hum: TA carriers

As of 0630 on the Canadian west coast, only MW TA carrier has been 
1215, never strong, mostly gone.

LW: barely audible (but visible on Spectran quite definitely) hets on 
153, 189 and 198.


Audio?....well, something to dream about.
