Dennis,

Yes, KVIP as a great coverage. I have heard it here during the day, but
mainly I have CBXQ of 540 (40 watt LPRT Vancouver Is) during the day or
off the Eastern beverage, CBK.  I got a QSL card from them in 1968 or 69
I believe.
I think they have always been rel. since I first heard them.
