[IRCA] 730 after hours

Seems as if WACE's condition is contagious. Had WDOS-NY in solidly
mixing with WACE @ 1800 - past their bedtime. I've never heard them
before here after local LSS. They may well have a PSSA which could be
what this is, but their 8 w night power wouldn't make it here.

The station mixing @ 1740 was WXTR-VA w/ ESPN - pre-LSS for them.

CKAC was also mixing in there.
