Guy,

I inadvertently deleted the MP3 player .exe from my PC and don't want to
re-install the whole she-bang Windows XP. Is there a source for inexpensive
MP3 player files?

I don't know the difference in the protocol between MD3 files and .WAV
files. Would a .WAV player play an IFP file.

As for appearing as a drive in my PC: I don't care. I will load the IFP
file into a pair of 1 GB flash drives. No important data files are on my
C:\ subdirectories.

If my PC crashes, no data of any great importance is lost.

By the way, we lived on Whidbey Island 1984-1986. Mostly wandered north up
to, and across the border and stayed away from the whole SEATAC area.
Went to Bruce Portzer get-togethers when we went to SEATAC.
