The weather seems to fit what local WSAR-1480 would have. I'll listen to
see if the weather presentation fits what you heard.
WSAR is 5kw with a two-tower cardiod directional pattern aimed ENE. And,
they have very tall towers with good efficiency. They could be 7 or more
kilowatts effective power towards you. They are often reported in Europe.
Currently they have Fox Sports Radio on. Sunday morning at 9:45EST
(1445GMT).
