[IRCA] 1560 KVAN

I must have heard KVAN with day power test early sunday morning.  Last
night around midnight I could hear no traces at all of anyone under
KNZR.

>From time to time over the past year or so I've noted mexican
programming mixing with KNZR in the wee hours.  Never have IDed the guy
but feel pretty certain it is little KIQS up in Willows.

Once several years ago I had Radio Disney from NYC on 1560 and if I'm
ever up around SRS I often heard KZIZ Seattle.  KIQS is easy SRS/SSS.
That's about it for that frequency.
