Re: [IRCA] new bill may impact media

I tend to tune out both of what I consider the extreme voices of the left and right. Hannity, Limbaugh, Franken, Rhodes, etc are just blowhards trying to create a audience and keep their ratings up so they can earn a paycheck. On the other hand I sometimes think that Jay Sevrin and Ed Schultz have some interesting things to say (not too mention the late David Brudnoy). On the local scene up here we have had some interesting people on local talk over the years for better or worse (Jerry Williams, Gene Burns, Jay Sevrin, David Brudnoy and Howie Carr). The nice part about listening to most of them is that they cover other subjects besides the politics of the day. All politics all the time can be very dull.

Just my 2 cents.
