[IRCA] 19 January - AM Conditions

	Unusually good conditions noted, traveling locally around
Jacksonville (NC) this AM as in 1030, noted all expanded ban frequencies
clogged with stations, except 1700 kHz. UNID on 530 kHz (presumed Turks and
Caicos), but no ID - this at fair level. May be worth the effort of DXing
this PM.
