[IRCA] 1380 CKPC Brantford ON power increase

1380 CKPC Brantford ON received permission awhile ago
from the CRTC to increase its power from 10,000 day
night DA-2 to 25,000 watts. The change, I hear through
the grapevine, is scheduled to be in effect Jan. 25.
They're already a pest at Burnt River ON, usually in
second or third place behind a dominant CKLC Kingston
and sometimes NYC.
