[IRCA] VOA 1575 kHz
VOA Thailand 1575 kHz heard at 1505 UT with weak signal and woman in Asian language. 1566 kHz reduced to a level 5 carrier, no audio in the 1500 UT hour. With a index being 21 this morning was hoping for a DU, checked 1116 kKz nothing.
