[IRCA] JORF 14322 kHz S-7

None of the powerhouse Asian stations heard this morning on MW.  Radio Rossii on 279 with S-7 signal at 1544 ut.   JORF 1433 with S-7 signal at 1544 ut.  Level 5 carrier on 1386 kHz.  Also level 5 carrier  on 1575 kHz.
