[IRCA] EWE antennas

I built a 36 inch version to use indoors.  It did work to some extent, and I
did get the expected cardiod pattern.  One of these days I'll do some
further development on it.  It does show promise, but needs a lot of
refinement.  The termination I had was much less than optimum.  It wants not
only resistance, but a reactive component to null correctly.
