[IRCA] unid Black Gospel 770

Showed up on unattended recordings around 0645, continued past 0700 but
so far I haven't been able to pull an ID nor any ads or promos. The
only thing I can find on 770 with that format is KJCB-LA which would be
new, but a real longshot. 

I'll likely have to replay that entire period of recordings to try to
see if there's anything ID'able.
