[IRCA] VOA 1575 kHz

Weak audio heard on 774 at 1537 ut.   Weaker audio on 1566 at 1558 ut.  Asian music before the TOH.   VOA 1601 ut S-9 signal at times on 1575 in Asian language.  Brings back memories of Sept-Oct.   The antenna must be beamed NW at this hour?
