Hi Jim,
  I have a copy of DX Monitor Feb 20,  1993. It mentions the DX test as follows:
  "Monday Feb 22, 1993, WDEV-550 PO Box 550, Waterbury VT 05676 will conduct a DX Test between 4 and 5am EST. The test will include morse code, tones, voice id's and an unspecified selection of music. Reception reports may be sent to: Mr Eric Roberts, Vice President. (Arranged by JD Stephens for IRCA CPC)"
  
I will look to see if any DXers logged this station in the trail columns

period that lists the test along with mention of Morse code being used? Even
better, mention I might have made of hearing the test. Thanks very much for
any help you can offer. I'll be happy to reimburse anyone for copying and
postage if you can help me out.
