Paul,

I tuned in about an hour later and all I heard was a strong WAQI 
Radio Mambi, Miami, and several Cubans in the background trying to 
jam it with Radio Rebelde, each carrier a couple Hz off the others, 
making a muddle of things.

Those Wobblers are sneaky, I'll keep an eye on the channel and see if 
it pops up again.
