Thanks, Saul... the FCC database lists both WQYB206 and WQCR563 for Arlington
County on 1700, so it's good to know which one to put in the log.

It really is quite amazing, considering the 1 kW competition on 1700... maybe 
they inadvertently produced a directional pattern to the north!
