[IRCA] Radio Reloj on 780?

I am listening to my overnight recordings and noticed that every 
minute on a couple of recordings the letters RR in Morse Code popped 
in several times.  Is there a Radio Reloj outlet in Cuba or perhaps 
elsewhere on 780?
