[IRCA] 530 RVCI

Tonight at 9:00 pm ET, Dec 18 2006 (0200Z 12/19), RVCI (Radio Vision 
Christiana Internacional) South Caicos, Turks & Caicos Island, was 
heard with their EE TOH ID.

Also heard on the channel is Radio Cadena Habana, Havana, Cuba.

The two were mixing at about equal levels.  Conditions are very 
unsettled tonight with the two stations trading off  over time during 
slow fades.  On past days RCH was overpowering and RVCI was unheard.
